Shenzhen Daily7日在其第二版发表记者Deng Hanneng的英文报道，文章指出我校学生环保组织Blasting Green社的社长几其两名副社长在周一早课前，在学校广播站宣告推出使用可循环废物桶行动，预期在4月22日世界地球日之后在校园内布设更多的适合于分类循环的废物桶，教学校长Jim Glancy发言表示支持。以下内容摘编自该英文报道。
School to use recycling bins

The Shenzhen Daily reports today that Shenzhen College of International Education (SCIE) will be the first school in the city for the use of recycling bins on its campus.
The project was launched by Blazing Green, a student environmental organization of the SCIE.
Members of Blazing Green have ordered recycling bins that are made of recycled plastic and the separated items would be collected by a recycling company. Chen Xuzhi, head of Blazing Green mentioned “We are going to place 21 bins for a trial period before World Earth Day on April 22. The next step is to equip the whole school with some 150 recycling bins,” he said., “Once the recycling system is established at the school, Blazing Green will popularize this idea among other schools in Shenzhen.”
Chen and Blazing Green vice heads Wei Xiaoyang and Liu Tong announced the program through the school’s public address system yesterday morning, calling on their schoolmates to use the recycling bins. Also，Mr. Jim Glancy, Academic Dean of the SCIE, said the school would support the move.
